Who we are
NeuSpark ("we", "us", "our") is a one-on-one results coaching practice based in Melbourne, Australia. We respect your privacy, and this page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you complete the NeuSpark Readiness Quiz, we collect:
- your first name;
- your email address; and
- your answers to the quiz questions.
We also use Google Analytics to understand basic website usage, such as which pages are visited, which links are clicked, the general source of the visit, device type, and broad location information. This helps us see whether the site is useful and where people are getting stuck.
We do not ask for sensitive information through this website, and we don't knowingly collect it.
How we collect it
The quiz is provided through Tally, a third-party form tool. When you submit the quiz, your answers and the details above are passed to us.
Why we use it
- To send you a short series of follow-up emails relating to coaching and your quiz result.
- To understand, in aggregate, how people respond to the quiz.
- To respond to you if you book a conversation or get in touch.
- To measure site performance, search traffic, and clicks on key actions such as booking a conversation or taking the quiz.
We send these emails on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the quiz. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the website and emails, each of which handles your data under its own privacy terms:
- Tally — hosts the quiz form.
- MailerLite — stores your contact details and sends the emails.
- Netlify — hosts this website.
- Google — provides the booking calendar, Google Analytics, and the web fonts used on the site.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure aggregate website activity and key clicks. Google Analytics may set cookies or use similar technologies to understand visits across pages. We do not use analytics for advertising retargeting, and we do not sell your information.
The quiz is embedded from Tally, which may set cookies that are necessary for the form to work.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, after which we remove you from our active mailing list.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
- If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under the GDPR. We'll honour reasonable requests regardless of where you live.
